The three-story, 69,000-square-foot office building is designed to accommodate a future addition of six stories of residential development. The foundations of the current building were constructed in anticipation of receiving an additional six floors of residential tower space atop the commercial development. In addition to the foundation considerations, the building also features 14-foot-tall ceilings on the main level, glass balustrade, or spindle-like stairwell,  and slab heating on the parking ramp for cold Canada winters. PCL’s team has been working collaboratively with all involved stakeholders ensuring safety, schedule, quality and value were held to the highest importance throughout the entire process as highlighted in the projects 0.00 total recordable incident rate.
