The 13,500-square-foot Entrepreneurs Sandbox is leading the way in creativity, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship for Hawaii’s coworking community. The facility features event space, flexible coworking and collaboration space, meeting rooms and small offices equipped with state-of-the-art presentation tools, wi-fi access, and on-site professional support.

Adhering to strict budget and program requirements, Nordic PCL’s team developed value-engineering solutions including alternative materials and design modifications to meet program requirements more effectively. Exposed plywood walls were used in lieu of other more costly materials and full-size mockups helped secure stakeholder buy-in early on.
