This multi-phase renovation and addition project transformed an existing school while keeping it fully operational throughout construction. With an aggressive schedule, the team ensured classrooms were ready for the school year, minimizing disruptions to students and staff. The project included a 28,093 square-foot renovation, 6,458 square feet of selective demolition, and a 3,229 square-foot addition to accommodate the school's growing needs.

To maintain quality and efficiency, our team self-performed key aspects of construction, including selective demolition, concrete formwork, small concrete pours, rough carpentry, millwork installation, doors and hardware, specialty installations, miscellaneous metals, general requirements, and supervision. Throughout the process, we prioritized safety and efficiency to deliver a seamless expansion within an active learning environment.
