The 4^th Engineer Support Regiment’s new facility is a modified design-build project that was divided into two separate project phases; design and construction. The facility encompasses more than 215,000 square feet of office, training, and equipment storage spaces, as well as a vehicle and maintenance storage area for 47 vehicles, a 25-ton crane and exhaust extraction systems. Once complete, the project will signify a new home for the regiment, one they’ve advocated the construction of for more than 20 years.
