Fifteen floors and 112 suites – The Polar Development Yellowknife residential development includes apartments, hotel suites, laundry facilities, a maintenance shop, an exercise room and client office space.

In order to expedite the structural schedule, we self-performed the concrete work using high-flyer slab tables and crane hook time monitoring. This combination proved highly successful and budget-friendly, saving the client money. We also suggested alternate materials and construction methods that improved the building while offsetting the costs of client changes.
