The Canadian national police force’s new headquarters isn’t just home to a large team, it was built by one. We worked closely with the Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) and several subcontractors to create the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) ‘H’ Division facility. 

With an open-door policy in our project offices, we effectively communicated and collaborated daily to find solutions, including finding a resolution to allow PWGSC early access to the project to complete furniture installation prior to total completion.
