Family-owned Saskatoon Wash World offers customers all their car wash needs with fast, quality services. Their state-of-the-art 21,000 square-foot wand wash features 24 of the widest wash bays in the city, filtered and purified water, along with a comfortable climate-controlled waiting room.  The two wash bays each hold 12 individual bays, making it the largest car wash in Saskatoon.

Leaks are not uncommon at car wash facilities, due to the high volume of water and soap lines. To prevent this, the team installed an aluminum electrical ladder tray used to run the water and soap lines to each wash bay. Ladder trays were chosen so if a leak occurred, it could be detected and repaired easily by the car wash’s maintenance staff. Other facilities use c-channel trays, which make it difficult to identify leaks or damaged lines.

A critical aspect of the project was the extreme humidity of a car wash. The team used concrete for the structure allowing for a robust mechanical system to provide adequate air exchanges to solve the extreme humidity challenge.

Saskatoon Wash World provides customers a top-notch car wash experience and gives the family owners satisfaction knowing they’re running a state-of-the-art facility.
