SERE RidgeGate Park-N-Ride is providing more than a new public parking structure for Denver’s Regional Transportation District (RTD) rail system; it’s increasing light rail usage. Within months of the design-build development opening, RTD exceeded its traveler expectations. Attributing to RTD’s sustainability goals, the structure also has accommodations for 60 future electric vehicle charging stations.  

During construction, the project exceeded initial minority contracting goals, specifically with Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) contractors. This project will provide residents with safe, reliable parking for years to come.
