The Flats at Evermore Orlando Resort, adjacent to Conrad Orlando, includes three distinct five-story buildings offering the perfect accommodation for large families and gatherings. These accommodations are uniquely designed to meet the needs of families, friends and business groups seeking comprehensive lodging solutions. The centerpiece building features 54 units, each with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, while the remaining two buildings accommodate 50 units each in a variety of floorplans. Positioned along the shores of Evermore Bay, these residences include breathtaking views of the expansive 20-acre white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. 

To ensure alignment with the vision of the client and the design team, the PCL team expedited the construction of a model unit within the first Flats building, providing the integrated team with the opportunity to evaluate the design firsthand. This proactive measure enabled seamless integration of scope changes before the full-scale construction of all units. This approach ensured uninterrupted workflow, fostering a smooth and timely project progression.

Faced with unprecedented global supply chain issues, the PCL team implemented a strategy of early subcontractor procurement and self-performed key scopes (including structural concrete, guestroom millwork and guestroom balcony traffic coating) to better control the schedule and avoid timeline delays. This proactive approach demonstrated the integrated team's resilience and collaboration, especially in the face of the post-COVID era marked by procurement difficulties and labor shortages.
