This luxury residential complex is double the ‘wow,’ with not one, but two towers. Located in Yorkville, Toronto’s upscale, destination neighborhood, this purpose-built LEED® Gold rental include 11-story and 26-story tower with 251 quality suites, a rooftop lounge, fitness center and amenities galore to cater to the growing community.   

Engaging smart building technologies, we implemented a unique destination dispatch system, for the elevators as well as a high-end security system, that allows the tenants to access their suites with either a fob or by using Bluetooth on their smart phone.  

LEED Gold certified, this project showcases how luxury can be sustainable. We were successful in diverting 75% of construction waste from landfills, reducing water usage by 37% and achieving 45% energy savings relative to the Model National Energy Code for Buildings.
