Why does PCL use PM4+ instead of other platforms?

PM4+ was purpose-built to meet PCL's specific process requirements. PM4+’s workflows support detailed workflow across trades, consultants, and owners, with specific sequencing, accountability tracking, and detailed metadata that reflects the full record of each item. Commercial platforms are designed to work across thousands of different organizations and must generalize their workflows to do so.
