With over two dozen projects under her belt, Casey Tollman, brings a construction expertise that spans over twenty years. Her portfolio of work ranges from complex K-12 projects in Los Angeles, California to the largest retail and entertainment facility in East Rutherford, New Jersey — The American Dream. You could say she was born to be in construction, as she had early influences from her father who owned and managed an Alaskan earthworks company. Her fondest memories are “hearing her father drive up in a bulldozer and running out from the house to sit on his lap to take the wheel.” These cherished moments, along with her dad’s circle of friends, peers and employees, drew her closer to the industry as “it was the people that made the work attractive.”

At an early age, she had her eye on becoming a surveyor and was headed in that direction until her father sat her down and gave her life-changing advice. He encouraged her to switch to civil engineering as the opportunities were significantly better. Today, Casey shares, “that was the best advice anyone has ever given me.”

As a graduate from one of the highest-ranked engineering schools in the country, California Polytechnic State University, Casey has worked with top tier clients like UCLA, Universal Studios, Dodger Stadium, Fox Entertainment, and the Mills Corporation (American Dream). Her ability to find inspiration in the work and joy from her team solidifies her passion for construction. She has flourished in Hawai`i, leading the way on Hawai`i Electricians Pension Fund, Maui Bay Villas, as well as lending a hand on Kona Village and Hokuala. While Casey’s success stems from a lifetime of listening and the wisdom to act on what she has heard. It is her father who has provided an anchor, the sail, and a guiding light to a bright future.
