In 1914, Ernest Poole rented a small office on
12th Avenue as a home for his contracting company. Today, PCL Regina is the
leader in buildings and civil construction in Southern Saskatchewan. We have
been a part of building the Queen City for over 100 years, with landmark
projects like City Hall, Regina General Hospital, Hill Towers I and II, RCMP
Heritage Centre, Mosaic Stadium, and the First Nations University of Canada
