Cathy Orquiola

As vice president and district manager, Cathy is responsible for PCL’s operations in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. Cathy began her career with PCL in 1998 as assistant project manager and returned in 2015 as director, Corporate Development. Prior to returning to PCL, Cathy rose through the ranks to become vice president and operations manager of an international construction firm, successfully overseeing all southeast projects from Savannah, Georgia, to Puerto Rico. Cathy, a 22-year industry veteran, holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is involved in the Make a Wish Foundation.
