Sean is the vice president and district manager for PCL Constructors Canada Inc. (Winnipeg), responsible for buildings, civil, and Special Projects operations in Manitoba and northwestern Ontario. Born and raised in Manitoba, Sean began his PCL career in Winnipeg in 1985 and worked on various projects throughout the region before transferring to PCL’s Toronto district in 1999. He was given the opportunity to return home to run PCL’s Winnipeg office in 2008. Today, Sean also supports
PCL’s Special Projects division
, which has operations in PCL districts across North America. The division focuses on meeting the unique needs of clients with projects in the $50,000 to $10 million range. Sean graduated as a civil engineering technologist from Red River College, and is a Canadian Construction Association (CCA) Gold Seal-certified project manager. He supports his community and the industry as a Winnipeg Construction Association board member, a director-at-large for both the Economic Development Winnipeg and the End Homelessness Winnipeg Initiative, and a member of the Investor Council of the YES! Winnipeg initiative.
