As national director
of Human Resources and Professional Development, Shannon leads the US head
office HR/PD teams in executing existing programs and developing new initiatives.
Shannon joined PCL in 2018 and is responsible for providing strategic direction
in the areas of talent recruiting and retention, employee relations, diversity,
compliance, employee benefits, and compensation. With nearly 20 years of
experience in HR, Shannon is an expert in developing and implementing strategic
regional and global HR initiatives, focusing on influencing key stakeholders
across multiple business lines. She graduated from Colorado State University
with a bachelor of science degree in psychology and is a certified Senior
Professional in Human Resources.
