Claire Thompson Named Top 40 Under 40 Professional by Pacific Business Journal

Honolulu, HI (April 27, 2017) – Nordic PCL Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce Claire Thompson, project manager, has been named to Pacific Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40 list.
The annual competition honors outstanding young business professionals in Hawaii who demonstrate excellence in business, stand out amongst colleagues, are actively involved in their community, and contribute to the success of their organization.
Claire joined PCL in 2014 and has worked on several notable projects with Nordic PCL including Ka Makana Alii, a regional shopping center located in Kapolei, and Castle Medical Center Emergency Department Renovation and Expansion, located in Kailua. Her excellent self-management, client-management, and communication skills contributed to her nomination and subsequent recognition.
When she’s not managing multi-million-dollar construction projects, Claire volunteers her time with Special Olympics Hawaii as a track and field official and for the bocce ball tournament, as well as Girl Scouts Hawaii. She is the Hawaii chapter vice chair for Punahou Alumni Association Board, a member of the YWCA Facilities Committee, and is a part of the General Contractors Association Leadership Council.
