SEATTLE, Washington (June 25, 2015) – PCL Civil Constructors, Inc. and Skanska have teamed to pursue Sound Transit’s Lynnwood Link Extension project. The project team invites small and disadvantaged businesses to an informative outreach session where we will introduce this project’s scope packages (heavy civil light rail, at-grade, and elevated stations), the general contractor/construction manager delivery method, and our project staff. Both PCL and Skanska have a thorough understanding of processes which will be used on this project including Project Labor Agreements (PLA). The team will be available to discuss any questions you may have regarding PLAs or other project related inquiries.
