Nordic PCL’s Work Progresses on the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina

Kapolei, HI (January 6, 2015) – Nordic PCL Construction, Inc. continues to progress on the opening of the new Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina.
“Nordic PCL is excited to be a part of this astonishing transformation,” said Jeff Westphal, Nordic PCL’s vice president and district manager. “At completion, the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina will offer world-class amenities and elegance that all team members involved will be proud of.”

The new hotel will comprise of 371 guestrooms and suites, restaurants and bars, a kids’ center, meeting rooms, ballroom, spa and fitness center, wedding chapel, tennis courts, pools, and cabanas.

On Hawaii’s most vibrant island, Four Seasons welcomes guests to an exclusive five-star beach resort, combining thrilling adventure with authentic Hawaiian tradition. With a spectacular backdrop overlooking the Pacific Ocean, guests will be able to discover their “place of joy” — the true meaning of Ko Olina.

Preconstruction started in May 2015 and the project is scheduled for completion in April 2016.
