PCL Construction Expands San Diego Management Team

San Diego, CA (October 12, 2016) – PCL Construction is pleased to announce that Todd Whelchel has joined PCL’s San Diego office as manager of Business Development.

As part of San Diego’s team, Todd will lead and implement PCL’s business development efforts, and serve as a client service manager, building strong relationships and overall client satisfaction. Todd brings more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry to his new role. Before joining PCL, he served in positions such as vice president of preconstruction, director of preconstruction, chief estimator, and project manager.

“We are excited to have Todd join the PCL family and bring his expertise and experience to the San Diego office,” said Aaron Wiehe, area manager. “Todd’s knowledge of the industry and strong relationships will be of tremendous benefit to PCL.”

PCL is currently working on the Saddleback College Stadium in Mission Viejo, California, as well as the castle-themed LEGOLAND California Hotel II at the resort in Carlsbad.
