PCL Construction gives generously to Habitat for Humanity

Seattle, WA (June 4, 2014) – PCL Construction is pleased to announce a donation of $50,000 to Habitat for Humanity Seattle. Habitat uses funding such as this to help build, renovate, and repair homes throughout Seattle and King County. 
Tom Doig, vice president & district manager with PCL Construction, said, “PCL is proud to continue its partnership with Habitat for Humanity and its vision of achieving a world where everyone has a decent place to live.  This latest donation carries on our commitment to community.” 
Ankur Talwar, district manager with PCL Civil Constructors, added, “We feel very fortunate to be a part of the Seattle–King County community, and giving back to organizations like Habitat for Humanity is just the right thing to do.”
Members of the PCL Construction team also follow up donations like this with various forms of volunteering, including at Habitat build sites, and other fundraising events to enhance their local neighborhoods. 

Since 2011, PCL Construction has donated over $1 million dollars to Habitat for Humanity’s cause.
