Denver, CO (August 14, 2017) – PCL
Construction is proud to announce that the company has ranked #16 on Engineering News-Record (ENR’s) 2017
Top Green Contractors list.
The Top Green Contractors list is compiled using a survey that
ranks contractors based on revenue from projects registered with or actively
seeking certification from third-party rating groups such as the US Green
Building Council. This year, the PCL family of companies generated approximately
$1.1 billion in green building revenue.
“PCL strives to be an industry leader in every way possible,” says
Shaun Yancey, president and COO, US Operations. “To be pacesetters in
innovation, we must continue our commitment to green building practices and
recognize the value these projects have for our communities and our
environment.”
In July, the Angle
Lake Station project in Seattle, Washington, was awarded LEED® Gold
certification, one of the many examples of PCL projects pursuing this kind of accreditation.
