PCL Construction Hires National Director of Human Resources and Professional Development

Denver, CO (January 15, 2018) – PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc. is pleased to announce that Shannon Latham joins PCL’s US Head Office as National Director of Human Resources and Professional Development. She will be responsible for leading the teams in developing and executing existing and new initiatives to help meet increased needs associated with PCL’s anticipated growth.

With over 18 years of experience in HR, Shannon is an expert in developing and implementing strategic global and regional HR initiatives, focusing on influencing key stakeholders across multiple business lines. Before joining PCL, Shannon served as Director of HR for CH2M, a global engineering company in Colorado. She graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor of science degree in psychology and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
