PCL Construction Welcomes New Manager of Diversity and Inclusion

Los Angeles, CA (March 11, 2015) – PCL Construction is pleased to welcome Priscilla Chavez to PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Los Angeles as manager, Diversity and Inclusion.

In her new role, Priscilla will oversee and manage community outreach, certified subcontractor relationships, and local hiring requirements to meet the goals of PCL and our clients. She will also be responsible for aligning with corporate initiatives to maintain and foster an open and inclusive working environment across PCL project sites.

“I am pleased to welcome Priscilla to the PCL team in Los Angeles,” said Jack Sample, PCL’s vice president and district manager. “She will be essential in helping PCL elevate its community outreach and local hiring efforts across Southern California.”

Priscilla has nearly 10 years of experience in the construction industry and is a certified compliance administrator through Morgan State University. She serves as the communications chair for the National Association of Women in Construction in Los Angeles and is a member of the American Contract Compliance Association.
