The awards were presented at ACEC’s 2018 Engineering Excellence Awards Gala, where projects are recognized for their outstanding engineering accomplishments. This is the fourth award for Tempe Town Lake, which received a Regional Best Project award from Engineering News-Record Southwest, a Judges Choice Award from ACEC Phoenix, an Excellence in Concrete Construction Award from the American Concrete Institute of Arizona, and was named Project of the Year by the American Society of Civil Engineers Phoenix. This is the third recognition for the I-91 Brattleboro Bridge, which received the Eugene C.
