PCL Industrial Construction was contracted to build a portion of the McClure Gas Plant Project in Butler, OK. This comprised installation of equipment for a 200MM SCFD cryogenic gas processing plant and involved stabilization, amine treatment, dehydration, cryogenic, refrigeration, compression, and supporting infrastructure. PCL’s scope included the installation of structural steel, modular pipe rack and piping, and rough setting mechanical equipment. PCL worked more than 36,000 direct and indirect hours over a span of six months. The direct scope progress base included 23,771 hours for the installation of the following commodities: 284 cubic feet of grout, 200 tons of structural steel, 105 pieces of mechanical equipment, and 194 welds for modular piping connections.
