Minneapolis City Center is a three-million-square-foot mixed-use development in the bustling metroplis of Minneapolis. Taking up two complete city blocks, City Center was the catalyst for the revitalization of the downtown business district, and is a downtown skyway hub. It features three primary components: an office tower, a hotel, and a two-level retail mall.
The 33 South Sixth Street tower is a 50-story, 1.4 million-square-foot office tower attached to City Center. Next door is the 31-story City Center Marriott Hotel. Originally constructed as the Amfac Hotel at City Center, it contains 584 rooms and suites, multiple conference and banquet facilities, and six separate skyway connections linking 64 square blocks. The center includes above- and below-grade parking for 687 vehicles.
