This project involved the construction of two residential condominium towers: the 45-storey Tower S, the 23-storey Tower T, and the connecting Skybridge to Parade 1. The 905-suite complex also included a 10-storey loft building (podium) and three levels of underground parking with 699 spaces. The project was split into two phases: Phase 1 included Tower T and all of the below-grade work, including the parkade and amenities, while Phase 2 included Tower S above grade and the connecting Skybridge.
This project is a definitive example of the benefits of collaboration, and the added value that PCL, as construction manager, brings to clients through its early involvement in a project. PCL worked with Concord Adex and their design team long before construction began, to develop an approach to this complex lift that was in alignment with the client’s overall budget, timeline, return on investment, and operating costs.
