This extensive, 40,000-square-foot interior renovation spanned two floors in a downtown high rise office tower. The renovation took four months to complete and required four construction phases. As the renovation was occurring in an established law firm, PCL completed the majority of the work in the evenings to minimize disruption to the building users.
