In 2005, PCL performed the renovation of cleanroom space into Class 100 and Class 1000 engineering, applications, and processing labs. This renovation included the upgrade of the manufacturing area to Class 100,000. The scope of work expanded to include an emergency generator to service a remodeled main computer server room with a double pre-action sprinkler system and a clean-agent fire suppression system.
In 2012, PCL was enlisted to help expand into the remaining 36,000 square feet of the building in which Rudolph Technologies’ operations resides. This work included an expansion of an existing Class 10,000 cleanroom, a new Class 10,000 cleanroom, a new loading dock, and a training center. The new spaces also included class 100 cleanrooms, conference rooms, break rooms, warehouse space, and quality assurance labs.
