Thompson Rivers University (TRU) is expanding soon with the construction of a new Nursing and Population Health building.
Design development is under way for the new three-floor, 4,662-square-meter stand-alone building. It will include classrooms and offices as well as student collaboration, study, and instructional spaces for the health-care assistant, bachelor of science in nursing, and the new master of nursing programs.
PCL will mobilize on-site this May to begin excavation. Completion of the new building is anticipated for winter 2019, with it ready for classes in January 2020.
