Australia Compliance Requirements

The PCL family of companies conducts business with integrity and respect for candidness, truthfulness, and high standards of business ethics. PCL requires that its employees and business partners adhere to these high standards.

All employees of PCL’s independent operating companies, including directors and officers, must fulfill their responsibilities with honesty and integrity, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while delivering quality construction services.

Australian competition laws are designed to protect the free enterprise system and to promote open and fair competition. All PCL employees receive annual Code of Conduct training that reinforces the organization’s commitment to act ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable laws.

PCL is a construction company committed to full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosure in all public communications, including all periodic reports and documents filed with government entities.
Those disclosure obligations apply to all persons who have any responsibility for preparing, drafting, reviewing, signing, or certifying the information contained in such reports. This requires operating in an environment of open communication, while not compromising proprietary and confidentiality concerns.
