Retrofit – Our team takes an all-inclusive approach in determining how to use a building’s existing structure, systems, and envelope to ultimately deliver lower operating costs, enhance tenant comfort, and improve sustainability. We partner with facility management and/or building operations teams to recognize the unique qualities of a building, then partner with expert electrical designers and trade contractors to modify systems where possible and replace only when necessary.

Repurpose – Our team works with you to assemble an experienced team of design professionals, engineers, consultants, and tenant advisors, seasoned in the demands of urban revitalization projects to provide you with turnkey solutions that manage complexities and technical risks.

Renew – We have worked on numerous prestigious heritage building restorations in Ontario, with top heritage and restoration experts, and have extensive experience in transforming these assets. Our team’s careful planning and thoughtful, innovative, and sensitive approach allow us to successfully complete high-profile, complicated projects while working under intense public scrutiny.
