Mark Taylor assumed the role of vice president, Permanent Modular Construction, in 2012, having been with PCL since 1997. Primarily focused on the buildings sector, he has also worked in the civil, residential, and renewable energy markets. Mark holds a B.Eng in civil engineering from the University of Nottingham, England, and is currently registered as a professional engineer in Alberta, Canada. He is a Canadian Construction Association (CCA) Gold Seal-certified project manager.
