PHOENIX, Arizona (November 6, 2025) — PCL Buildings Inc. is pleased to announce that David Campbell, district manager for PCL Construction’s Phoenix buildings office, has been named to AZ Big Media’s “2026 People and Projects to Know in Commercial Real Estate” list. This annual recognition celebrates influential leaders who are shaping the future of Arizona’s commercial real estate industry.

Campbell was named as the leader of PCL’s newest commercial buildings office in Phoenix this past spring, building upon a nearly 40-year legacy of excellence in water and civil construction across the Southwest. The Phoenix Buildings office marks a strategic milestone in PCL’s commitment to the region, offering construction expertise across sectors including hospitality, manufacturing, aviation, and commercial and retail development.

His appearance on AZ Big Media’s list reflects Campbell’s contributions to the industry over the course of his nearly 20-year construction career, having led a wide range of high-profile projects across the U.S. Campbell joined PCL in 2005, with early contributions to entertainment and hospitality developments in Orlando. He later served as senior project manager on the American Dream megamall in New Jersey and held several leadership roles at PCL's U.S. head office in Denver before his current role in Phoenix.
