DENVER, Colorado (Sept. 03, 2025) — PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of David Martino as vice president of Finance, U.S. Operations. Martino will oversee accounting, finance, and tax operations across PCL’s U.S. offices.

Martino brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience across construction, energy, hospitality, and professional services. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for a privately held company in the renewable energy sector, where he expanded operations and built financial infrastructure to support long-term growth. Prior to that, Martino spent seven years as a finance executive at a Colorado-based construction firm where he led ownership transition planning, strengthened banking and bonding relationships, and improved both operations and culture.

Martino succeeds Michael J. Kehoe, who will retire from his role as vice president of Finance, U.S. Operations, in early 2026, after more than 25 years of dedicated service. Since 2001, Kehoe has led PCL’s U.S. finance team with distinction, earning industry accolades such as the Denver Business Journal’s Top Financial Executive award and helping shape the financial direction of the company.
