The 47,510-square-foot luxury beachfront club creates a premier hospitality destination along Florida's Gulf Coast
TAMPA, Fla. (July 20, 2026) — PCL Construction Services, Inc. and Paraíso Beach Club announced the groundbreaking of Paraíso Beach Club, a luxury beachfront private members club with a total development cost of approximately $96 million. The destination is designed to deliver a seamless blend of luxury, relaxation, and social engagement. Once complete, the three-story, 47,510-square-foot club will serve as a premier destination for members, offering elevated dining, wellness amenities and resort-style experiences along Florida's Gulf Coast.

Designed to provide a thoughtfully curated member experience, the three-story club will feature multiple levels dedicated to recreation, wellness and social connection. PCL's scope includes construction of the beachfront club and its indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, including dining venues, wellness facilities, resort-style pools and a rooftop sun deck overlooking the Gulf. The project also includes three service kitchens and a variety of indoor and outdoor gathering areas designed to maximize views of the waterfront setting.
