SEATTLE (May 19, 2025) – As Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) sets a new annual passenger record with over 52.6 million travelers in 2024—surpassing its previous record in 2019—the Port of Seattle continues to invest in enhancing the passenger experience. PCL Construction Services, Inc. is proud to announce it has been awarded a general contractor/construction manager contract with the Port of Seattle for the new shared use lounge on the A Concourse, also known as the Club at SEA. The project reaffirms PCL’s long-standing partnership with the Port and its commitment to delivering world-class aviation infrastructure across the Pacific Northwest.

The 14,000-square-foot premium lounge will sell day passes to the public, offering all travelers the opportunity to enjoy upscale design, locally inspired food and beverage offerings, private restrooms, high-speed connectivity, business amenities and flexible seating areas. PCL’s scope of work includes a full interior buildout—encompassing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, casework, flooring and architectural finishes—all designed to create a sophisticated and seamless experience for SEA’s diverse passenger base.

Construction is scheduled to begin in summer 2025, with completion anticipated in the fall of 2026.
