FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (September 11, 2025) – PCL Construction Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the award of two key hospitality renovation projects across South Florida, reinforcing the company’s strategic growth and strengthened client partnerships in the region.

The awarded projects include the $44 million repositioning of The Ritz‑Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami and an $18 million renovation at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood.

The Ritz‑Carlton Key Biscayne - Located on Key Biscayne Island, this $44 million repositioning focuses on comprehensive guest experience enhancements. Phase 1, underway since October 2024, includes public space upgrades, refreshed landscaping, exterior renovations, and updates to dining and leisure areas. Phase 1 is expected to complete in January 2026. Future planned phases, currently in design, will build on this revitalization to further elevate the guest experience.

The Diplomat Beach Resort - This $18 million project in Hollywood revamps the resort’s outdoor pool and deck areas. Scope includes demolition of existing concrete slabs and pavers, construction of insulated slab systems, expanded cabana areas, updated pavers and shade structures, and refreshed landscaping. Other upgrades include spa renovations, lagoon pool enhancements, a new sun deck, and comprehensive hardscaping improvements. Construction began January 2025 and is anticipated to finish January 2026.
