DENVER (December 9, 2025) – PCL Construction Services Inc., in partnership with Norris Design, Tryba Architects and Wells Partnership, has broken ground on a $90.5 million mixed-use hospitality redevelopment in the heart of Frisco, Colorado. The project will transform the historic Foote’s Rest property into a vibrant town center while preserving its rich heritage.
Located between Fifth and Sixth streets on Main Street, the 108,000 square-foot development will feature a 75-key Tribute Portfolio hotel from the Marriott Bonvoy Collection, three stories above ground and one below.
Amenities will include:
- A signature restaurant and bar
- Rooftop spa, pool and bar
- Ballroom and boardroom spaces
- Bowling entertainment venue
- Topgolf Swing Suites
- Ground-floor retail shops
The redevelopment will also honor Frisco’s history by relocating and restoring six historic structures, including the Staley House, blacksmith shop and three log cabins. These buildings will be integrated into the new town center, maintaining the character of the property while introducing modern hospitality experiences.
