JACKSONVILLE, Florida (September 5, 2025) – PCL Construction Services, Inc., celebrated a major milestone as the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences located in Jacksonville, Florida officially topped out, marking a significant step forward in one of the city’s most ambitious redevelopment efforts.
The event drew more than 500 attendees to the site along the St. Johns River, including project partners, workforce members, and other stakeholders. The event was a celebration of the hard work and dedication poured into the project. In a surprise gesture from Shanna Khan, President of the Khan Family Office, the construction crew was gifted two tickets to attend a 2025 Jacksonville Jaguars game, underscoring the deep local ties and collaborative spirit behind the project.
“The topping out of the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences is a proud moment for our team and a reflection of the strong collaboration across all partners,” said Rick Goldman, senior vice president of PCL’s Florida Buildings Group. “This project blends world-class hospitality with the spirit of a passionate sports city, and we’re honored to help bring it to life alongside our incredible partners and the Jacksonville community.”
Leadership from Iguana Investments, IMPACT Development Management, HKS Architects, PCL and other key stakeholders joined the celebration, recognizing the dedication and craftsmanship that have propelled the project forward.

The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences is the flagship component of the Jacksonville Shipyards development, a transformative initiative. Once complete, the project will feature:
- 170 luxury hotel rooms and 26 private residences
- A signature rooftop restaurant and bar, plus four additional dining venues
- A world-class spa, fitness center, meeting and event spaces, and a kids’ club
- A six-story office tower that will house the Jaguars’ business operations
