Developed by Aureate Development, a division of the Patel Family Office, this milestone marks a significant step forward in redefining urban living by integrating residential, retail, healthcare, and recreational spaces.
Designed to serve a vibrant community hub, The Harrison will include:
- 294 market-rate apartments.
- A 24,000-square-foot grocery on the ground floor, providing convenient access to fresh food and essential goods.
- A six-level parking garage designed to accommodate residents and visitors.
- 44,000 square feet of dedicated medical office space, enhancing community wellness.

The event welcomed more than 300 attendees including Aureate Development, Baker Barrios Architects, Tampa Housing Authority, PCL and other key stakeholders.
