Denver, CO (May 24, 2019) – PCL Construction is ranked eighth on Engineering News-Record (ENR) magazine’s Top 400 Contractors list for 2019. 

 The Top 400 Contractors list is an annual ranking of 400 publicly and privately held general contractors based on construction contracting-specific revenue. PCL recorded $6.95 billion in US revenue. 

Deron Brown, president and chief operating officer of PCL’s US Operations credits PCL’s dedication to technology and innovation for the firm’s strong performance saying, “We’re always thinking of ways we can improve processes.” He also states that maintaining a strong workforce is a top priority for the coming year, “We pride ourselves on our employee engagement, training and development, and mentorship opportunities that help us retain the best and brightest in the construction field.” 

ENR reports contracting firms generated a new record of $405 billion in contracting revenue which is an increase of 8.3% from 2017. Contracting revenue in the U.S. rose 9.1% from last year and contracting revenue from projects outside of the U.S. rose 0.9% from last year.
