LOS ANGELES, Calif. (March 26, 2026) – Rising above a field of more than 400 emerging leaders nationwide, Pramodh Reddy, senior project manager at PCL, has earned one of the architecture, engineering and construction industry’s most competitive distinctions: the ENR 2026 National Top 20 Under 40 honor, recognizing exceptional leadership, industry impact and forward‑looking contributions to the built environment.

Reddy’s national recognition follows his selection to ENR West's regional list, where his accomplishments and leadership positioned him among the most influential young professionals shaping the future of construction across California and the Western United States.

With more than 15 years of experience, Reddy has established himself as one of the industry’s most effective young builders, working on more than $6 billion of complex, high-performance projects across the United States. A civil engineer by training, his efforts have built a reputation for technical excellence, collaborative delivery and strong client partnerships.

Reddy joined PCL as part of the team delivering $2 billion in construction scope on the American Dream Entertainment Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey, where he oversaw major structural scopes and the construction of an NHL‑standard ice rink. Following American Dream, Reddy relocated to California, where he played a key leadership role on a $2 billion aviation infrastructure program at Los Angeles International Airport's Midfield Satellite Concourse North. There, he led the design and construction of a Department of Water and Power substation and managed major civil scopes supporting critical airport operations, including apron concrete.

He subsequently delivered two landmark civic projects—the $85 million Orange County Health Care Agency Marine Way Campus in Irvine and the $62 million Southeastern Live Well Center (SELWC) in San Diego —before supporting a confidential, mission‑critical data center facility requiring stringent reliability, constructability and systems coordination.

Among his most celebrated achievements is SELWC, which earned ENR’s 2024 National Project of the Year and more than 15 additional industry honors for its equity‑focused, community‑driven design.

Reddy is recognized for his ability to deliver projects with zero recordable incidents, elevate trade contractor performance and mentor the next generation of construction professionals. He has supported more than a dozen engineers as they advanced into leadership roles and enabled a veteran‑owned disadvantaged business enterprise to complete its first contract.

A certified design‑build professional, Reddy champions trust, transparency and process excellence. He invests in continuous learning through the Design-Build Institute of America and the American Society of Civil Engineers, regularly sharing project insights at national DBIA forums. He also serves as a mentor to civil engineering students at California State University, Fresno.

Reddy will be recognized at an event in New York City on March 25, 2026, and will be featured in ENR’s May 11, 2026, print issue cover story.
