Los Angeles, CA (November 3, 2025) – PCL Construction Services, Inc. proudly announces that two of its rising leaders have been named to Engineering News-Record (ENR) West’s list of Top Young Professionals Under 40. The annual award recognizes standout young professionals in the construction industry who demonstrate exceptional skills, leadership, and impact. Their achievements reflect a strong dedication to innovation, collaboration and excellence, positioning them as emerging leaders shaping the future of the field.
Pramodh Reddy, senior project manager
As project manager and design-build leader, Reddy has driven success on some of PCL’s most high-profile projects, including the American Dream Entertainment Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey and the Orange County Health Care Agency Marine Way Campus in Irvine, California. Regarded as one of the construction industry’s most respected young leaders, he has delivered over $4 billion in complex, award-winning infrastructure projects nationwide, including the Engineering News-Record (ENR) award-winning County of San Diego Southeastern Live Well Center.
With a background in civil engineering and a passion for purpose-driven building, Reddy’s work spans from secure military installations to nationally acclaimed civic campuses. He is recognized for his innovation, safety-first approach and dedication to mentorship. Reddy not only delivers excellence, he also fosters lasting partnerships, elevates teams, and sets a new standard for leadership in the construction industry.
Chantel Marcq, project manager
As project manager, Marcq has shown exceptional motivation and ambition throughout her career, establishing herself as a leader in community-focused and sustainability-driven construction. She has led landmark projects in San Diego, California such as the Lakeside Library, a zero-net-energy design-build, and the Coastal Studies Building for the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. As a member of PCL’s internal company-wide Sustainability Committee, she has played a vital role in shaping corporate initiatives by enhancing Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) documentation and promoting best practices across the company.
Beyond her technical expertise, Marcq is passionate about building, mentoring, and giving back to the community. Through her involvement with the Architecture, Construction and Engineering (ACE) Mentorship Program, she has helped guide high school students, especially young women and minority students, toward successful careers in design and construction. Her leadership is marked by authenticity, empathy and a commitment to empowering others. Marcq’s role transcends construction management, she builds careers, strengthens communities and sets a powerful example for the next generation in the industry.
“As PCL continues to prioritize employee growth, it offers the opportunities, tools, and support needed to thrive in the construction industry. Yet, it’s the drive, dedication and ambition of these individuals that set them apart,” said Michael Headrick, senior vice president and district manager for PCL’s California Buildings. “They have effectively harnessed these resources, channeling their passion into their work and earning well-deserved recognition.
