Corey Andeen brings more than 34 years of construction industry experience to his role as Business Development Manager with PCL Construction’s Fargo Buildings team. With a career rooted in preconstruction, Andeen offers a strategic, detail-driven perspective that helps clients align early planning with successful project outcomes. His focus is simple but powerful: set projects up correctly from the start so they can move smoothly through every phase of delivery.
Andeen entered the construction industry as a teenager and has never looked back. He began his career working hands-on in the field before pursuing architectural drafting and estimating, building a foundation that spans drafting, estimating, preconstruction and project management. At PCL, he applies his experience to bridge the gap between vision and execution, supporting cost certainty, informed decision-making and strong collaboration from concept through completion.
Since joining PCL Construction, Andeen has played a key role in supporting the growth of the North Dakota market. Motivated by teamwork and accountability, Andeen works closely with clients, designers and internal teams to foster trusted, community-based partnerships across Greater North Dakota.
Through PCL’s commitment to quality, safety, and collaboration, Andeen is passionate about delivering projects that exceed expectations, strengthen communities statewide, and build lasting relationships.
Outside of PCL, Andeen serves as a volunteer firefighter, which he has proudly done for over 20 years. He also works with Special Olympics North Dakota and Great Plains Food Bank.
