Rachel Ebner is a dynamic leader whose career spans the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, bringing a uniquely well-rounded perspective to her role at PCL Construction in Tampa. A graduate of the University of South Florida with a background in political science and international relations, Rachel began her professional journey in local Tampa politics before transitioning into the construction industry in 2016.
Ebner’s career quickly evolved as she took on business development roles across architecture, engineering, and general contracting, including serving as a partner in an architecture firm. During this time, she honed her ability to build strategic relationships and drive growth across markets and sectors.
At PCL, Ebner serves as the outward face of the company in Tampa, identifying future projects and cultivating relationships within both the construction industry and the broader community. She is known for her collaborative approach, commitment to quality over quantity, and dedication to aligning market positioning with long-term corporate objectives. Ebner’s leadership style emphasizes transparency, mentorship, and empowering teams to achieve sustainable growth while maintaining a strong company culture.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ebner is deeply involved in industry and community organizations. She sits on the executive board of the Urban Land Institute, is the immediate past chair of the Young Leaders Group, and co-chairs the membership subcommittee. She is also recognized for founding Sip, Shop & Socialize, a networking event that has raised thousands for local charities, and for her ongoing work with Ronald McDonald House, where she co-chairs the Clays for Kids fundraiser.
