Just two days after graduating from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Ragan Bryce began a career at PCL as a field engineer in the Civil Infrastructure Division. Initially majoring in civil engineering, Bryce discovered a preference for the hands-on aspect of construction after working for a contractor to support school expenses, prompting a shift in focus to construction management.
More than two decades later, Bryce is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects. As a construction manager, Bryce leads project teams, including work on a water reclamation facility project in Salt Lake City, Utah. A deep passion for these projects stems from an understanding of the critical importance of access to clean water. Bryce’s diverse background and expertise make this leadership role a natural fit for managing complex projects.
Throughout a career at PCL, Bryce has taken on a variety of roles, ranging from field positions to project management, preconstruction and business development. These opportunities have helped Bryce become a well-rounded construction professional with insight into every phase of a project. Between managing major projects, Bryce worked as an estimator to gain a deeper understanding of preconstruction, building confidence and trust with teams and clients by knowing what it takes to manage a project from pursuit through closeout.
Outside of project work, Bryce leads the Accelerated Superintendent Development program for the Civil Infrastructure Division, mentoring promising field employees. This journey reflects a dedication to the profession, a passion for construction and the supportive environment that PCL fosters.
