Ka Haku, a Hilton Club, is a 32-story luxury timeshare tower rising in the heart of Waikiki, Hawaii, developed by Hilton Grand Vacations. Located on the historic former King’s Village site, this premier resort will feature 205 elegantly appointed units, including studios, one, two, and three-bedroom suites, as well as five floors of exclusive penthouse accommodations. Each unit is designed with a blend of modern technology and indigenous Hawaiian finishes, offering sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, Koʻolau Mountains, or the vibrant city skyline. The tower’s amenities are tailored for upscale vacation living, including a sparkling outdoor pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, pool bar, and a Japanese-style bathhouse (ofuro) reserved for Ka Haku owner. Guests will also enjoy a private lounge for arrivals and departures, and future ground-floor retail and dining options will further enhance the resort experience.

The development includes a basement level for back-of-house operations, a welcoming lobby, a recreation deck, and six levels of structured parking. Site improvements will include a landscaped neighbourhood park, enhancing the community’s charm and walkability. Ka Haku is Hilton Grand Vacations’ first Hilton Club-branded property in Hawaii and marks its return to Oʻahu development since 2017. The project is scheduled to open in summer 2026, following a construction restart in late 2023 after a pandemic-related pause.
