To keep the government’s tactical armored patrol vehicles (TAPV) looking fresh, the fleet required a new maintenance facility. With schedule, budget, quality and safety top of mind, we created a facility with storage area for 61 TAPVs, 12 maintenance bays, tire changing stations, battery and parts storage, and administrative facilities. 

In close collaboration with our client and design partners, we aware able to ‘fast track’ the design allowing for construction to start early to avoid costly winter conditions. The project was then completed more than 3 months early.

This early delivery is a perfect example of collaborative partnership across the Department of National Defence, Defence Construction Canada, Stantec and our whole project team.
